New School Water bottles designed by the School Council are now on sale.

School Council will be selling them in the roundhouse and by the Solar Pod at play times and after school on a Friday.

They are £3 each and the profit will be used to buy a bench for boys and girls to use. The pebble rainbow will go around the bench and pupils will be able to sit and relax.

It is really important we drink plenty of water each day. At this time of year when the weather is really warm we need to drink even more water to stop us dehydrating.

This week we have had a meeting to share our ideas for a new school water bottle. 

We have decided to choose a bottle that has a handle to help pupils hold the bottles, especially when boys and girls are doing their daily mile on the track. We are going to have a red bottle with a black lid. 

Look out for these going on sale very soon! Once they’re gone they will be gone!

Council members discussed the PTA Pennies fundraising event. All pupils were keen to help collect the bottles filled with coins to assist the PTA and to spend some time with a PTA member to help count the coins.

Council members also discussed the idea of designing and buying school water bottles. Pupils started their designs and are going to do some research in shops of sizes of bottles and costs. Designs will be kept until the next meeting.
