Year 3 Homework

You have all been given high frequency spelling words that you need to work on in school and at home. Use your spelling book at home to work on each spelling word, think about your letter formation and then push yourself to write sentences using these high frequency spelling words. Remember capital letters, finger spaces and full stops! Towards the end of this term we will see how you are doing with these important words.

Next week you will be given Year 3 spelling patterns to work on in school and again at home. On a Friday you will have a spelling challenge on the Year 3 patterns.

Can you bring your spelling book into school on Monday  19th November, so we can see if you are happy with the spelling words and for you to glue in your new Y3 spelling patterns?

Each week we will set a maths challenge on MyMaths online. This will be set on a Monday and you have a week to complete.

Please keep reading your Bug Club books and use the online Bug Club books. If you have other books, magazines, comics or anything you enjoy please read those to help you develop into fluent, confident readers. Enjoy.
