Advantages of Learning Welsh by our Criw Cymraeg

In our last Criw Cymraeg meeting, we came out with 8 reasons for learning and speaking Welsh.

1.  Sense of identity and belonging
2. Can be fun to learn another language
3. Being part of a  community
4. Being able to speak to other welsh speakers,
5. Understand TV programmes (e.g. rugby on TV),
6. Jobs (many jobs in Wales are in demand of welsh speakers so it may be easier for you to get a job)
7. Good for your brain, keeps your brain fit.
8. It’s going to be a language of the future in Wales!
